The One Where We Clean UP first!

On an hourly basis $60/hour + GST


We take a look at where  your books are at and fix your chart of accounts and anything that may be out of place and recommend a package below!


OR you just know things aren’t quite right but can’t fix them yourself?!  This is where we step in. Let us do a once-over on your entire set of books and then recommend a path forward.  After this process, you are free to choose one of our packages below for peace of mind, knowing your books are in professional hands and in compliance.


The One Where We Help YOU Do The Books!

Starting at $220.00/month + GST


We’ll do a monthly spot check on your books and give you a report with our findings. You will also receive training/guidance (an hour in person or zoom) for you to ask any questions you need to help you keep the books running smoothly.  This package provides you with expert support as you do the books yourself. Before proceeding, a review of your books is required as explained above in "The One Where We Clean Up First".

 

The One That Is So….Basic

Starting at $450.00/month + GST for small businesses


This one is generally best for small business less volume (price depends on volume and may be adjusted accordingly)and provides – you got it – the basics to keep your books in compliance. Package includes expense posting, bank, credit card and line of credit/loan reconciliations, GST calculation and filing and year-end support with review and preparation of your books for your accountant’s year-end tasks. Includes:

  • Reporting: Income Statement and Balance Sheet
  • Support: Up to one hour/month

 

The One That’s Very Comprehensive

Starting at $750.00/month + GST


The one that has all the features most mid-sized business owners need to complete their books. In addition to the Basic package, we add on the following:

  • Accounts Receivable – posting Sales, Reconcile Deposits, Accounts Receivable Aging and Customer Balance Detail reports.
  • Accounts Payable – Record Expenses, reconcile supplier account balances and provide Accounts Payable Aging and Supplier Balance Detail reports.
  • Reporting: Current month Income Statement, YTD Income Statement, Balance Sheet
  • Consultation and support as needed, an hour of joint review of reports is included in the package.

 

The One Where We Do (Almost) Everything

Starting at $1,575.00/month + GST


For the busy business owner who wants daily/weekly bookkeeping support as well as related administration. This is the full meal deal and includes everything from the Comprehensive Package PLUS the following:

  • Accounts Receivable – Invoice preparation/Outstanding invoice collections
  • Accounts Payable - All Government Remittances and Vendor payments
  • Payroll – set up properly for Payroll and regular payroll processing in compliance with current labour standards. We’ll take care of distribution of documents to employees, Records of Employment, Annual T4 preparation and filing and WCB Reporting.
  • Reporting – Monthly Income Statement (Profit and Loss), Balance Sheet


Add-On Services


  • Computer software training for one to 25 students either online or in person at our training center
  • Inventory - if you have a manufacturing or retail type of business, inventory can be complicated! Ask for a quote on this add-on service.  Books will need a clean-up first to assess needs!
